Are you looking for a role where you can make a difference? We are looking for experienced and motivated Therapeutic Care Team Leaders to join our dynamic team on a part-time (0.8 FTE), permanent, basis. These roles are primarily based in the allocated homes with travel to our Kent Town head office and/or other SYC office based locations. Our homes that require a Team Leader’s supervision are located in the Northern and North Eastern Adelaide regions. As a Therapeutic Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of therapeutic care workers in the home and ensuring the delivery of high-quality therapeutic care services to children and young people residing in the home. You will play a crucial role in providing guidance to your team, while also actively participating in the care process and ensuring practice in the homes is consistently upholding the therapeutic framework. Key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

You will oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring practice is consistent, predictable, and aligned with organisational expectations, compliance requirements, and trauma-informed principles.
