Employment Administration Assistant- Berri
Full Time, Permanent

Are you looking for a role where you can make a difference?

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Employment Administration Assistant to join our Berri team and support the delivery of Employment Services operations.  

This role primarily a full‑time position, with part‑time flexibility available for the right candidate.

In this role you will provide administrative and customer service support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the region. You’ll bet the first point of contact, helping both internal teams and clients with accuracy, responsiveness and care.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide timely and accurate administrative support to employment coaches and site manager.
  • Respond to telephone and email enquiries effectively.
  • Assist with data entry and record management, including filing.
  • Collect, process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Raise purchase orders and administer the process payment of invoice.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to participants, employers and stakeholders.

About You

  • Previous administration assistance experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with well-developed verbal and written skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • A professional and flexible approach to working with a diverse range of people.
  • The ability to work effectively as a member of a team to deliver quality services and collaboratively achieve outcomes.
  • Excellent computer literacy, including the use of Office365, particularly Outlook and Word

Key screening and requirements: 

  • Be willing to complete a Working with Children Check and National Police Check..
  • Be eligible to work in Australia.
