Regional Manager- Inclusive Employment Australia
Outer Western Sydney , Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead the delivery of the Inclusive Employment Australia program across the Western Sydney Region. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving performance, ensuring strong compliance, supporting revenue growth and achieving exceptional service delivery outcomes. The position oversees operations across the Western Sydney sites, including Mt Druitt, Quakers Hill and Rouse Hill.

About the Role
As a Regional Manager, you will lead and inspire a culture of positive performance across multiple sites. You will ensure all areas achieve and exceed KPI targets, contract compliance requirements and revenue expectations, while maintaining a strong focus on quality service delivery.

You will play a key role in strengthening SYC presence across the region, representing the organisation externally and identifying opportunities to grow and enhance our services.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive a high‑performance culture that delivers strong results and consistently meets organisational expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with industry, government, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Contribute to strategic, operational and short‑term project planning within the Employment portfolio.
  • Proactively identify and develop regional business opportunities through cross‑portfolio collaboration, while leading service delivery strategies that maximise outcomes.
  • Lead and develop regional teams through effective coaching, recruitment, performance management and by fostering a collaborative, high‑performing culture.

About You
You are an experienced leader who understands a strong performance enables stronger community impact. You’ll bring a balance of commercial acumen and community insight, and you know how to motivate teams to deliver measurable outcomes while maintaining integrity and care.  You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in successfully managing and leading a result-driven team in a contract compliance environment.
  • Experience working directly with key internal and external stakeholders, including management at a variety of levels.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to plan, organise and establish a course of action for self and others to accomplish specific goals and quality outcomes.
  • Demonstrate sound working knowledge of Government Employment Services, contractual requirements and KPIs and Health and Safety legislation.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop effective cross-cultural relationships and be respectful and responsive to the needs, values, and experiences of others.
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
  • The ability to manage resources often remotely, ensuring their availability and effective utilisation to meet client needs and to achieve set targets.

Key screening requirements:

  • Must be willing to complete a Working with Children Check, National Police Check and Bankruptcy Check.
  • Possession of a current valid Driver’s License, willingness to drive
  • Occasional out of hours work, intrastate and interstate travel may be required.
  • Be eligible to work in Australia.
