As an Apprentice Connect Australia Provider, our Apprenticeship Support Services help new apprentices of all backgrounds begin their career and maintain their apprenticeships while working with employers to find great people for their businesses. We are seeking a motivated and people focused Apprenticeship Contact Officer to join our team. This role will play a key part in ensuring the success of our apprentices by providing consistent contact, quality information and advice, and ongoing support through their journey. Key responsibilities: - Conducting regular progress check-ins to monitor and support apprentices and employers.
- Providing accurate information, advice and guidance to both apprentices and employers.
- Facilitating referrals for sign-ups, mentoring, and external support services
- Managing documentation, reporting, and other administration activities are accurate and completed within required timeframe.
- Contributing to performance objectives and program success.
About You - Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and provide effective support.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
- Ability to maintain client contact schedules and achieving targets/KPIs in an outcomes-focused environment.
- Strong customer service focus, initiative, and a desire to succeed.
- Able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team culture
- Experience in the Australian Apprenticeships or VET sectors is a bonus—but not essential).
Key screening requirements: - Be willing to complete a Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
- Possession of a current valid Driver’s Licence and willingness to drive.
- Be eligible to work in Australia.
