We are seeking a highly organised and detailed focused Business Support Administrator to provide timely and effective administrative support to our Compliance team within the Education and Training, playing an essential support role across our RTO and other training programs.
About You Reporting to the Compliance Business Partner, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate data management, clear and timely compliance reporting, and the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities - Manage end‑to‑end enrolment processes, including initial referrals, pre‑enrolment assessments, individual online enrolments and confirmation checks.
- Create and maintain student Training Accounts in government portals with a high level of accuracy.
- Coordinate broader student administration, including processing enrolments and completions, issuing certificates/white cards, managing competency verifications and maintaining accurate records in aXcelerate.
- Provide administrative support to the RTO, including minuting meetings and ensuring timely updates across student and stakeholder documentation.
- Conduct quality checks on enrolment documentation, data and assessment‑resulting requests, ensuring accuracy and appropriate follow‑up.
- Deliver effective customer service and support to the Compliance – Education & Training team.
About You - Demonstrated experience in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector, ideally within high‑volume administration or compliance‑focused roles.
- Proven capability using VET‑specific CRM systems, such as aXcelerate.
- Demonstrated computer literacy, including intermediate Word and Excel skills, and experience using Office365, Student Management Systems and AVETMISS reporting tools.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal communication, including the ability to produce documentation of a high-quality including emails, procedures, and reports.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
Key screening and requirements: - Must be willing to complete relevant employment screening and to maintain requisite clearances or checks as required.
