Working within our Workforce Australia division, as a Business Support Consultant you will have the opportunity to support our frontline employees in ensuring compliance to applicable Employment Services Contracts, while working within a supportive and results driven team.
As a Business Support Consultant, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with the Business Services Customer Service Charter – Business Support Team.
- Provide effective advice and administrative support in the area of Employment Services claims within the Business Support Team, including but not limited to jobseeker expenditure compliance and the maintenance of accurate jobseeker expenditure records.
- Provide effective administrative support to the senior management team as required.
- Provide standard and ad-hoc reports to management in a professional and timely manner as required.
- Disseminate relevant Employment Services contract and guidelines information and provide educational support.
About You
As someone with a ‘can do’ attitude and an engaging and enthusiastic manner, you will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong data entry skills, attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate work.
- The ability to work effectively as a member of a team to deliver quality services and collaboratively achieve outcomes.
- Time management, organisational skills, and the ability to plan and prioritise to achieve outcomes.
- Strong engagement skills and ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with well-developed verbal, and written skills.
- Experience with employment services is desirable.
Key screening and requirements:
- Be willing to complete a Working with Children Check and National Police Check
- Be eligible to work in Australia
